2. Anbud ska lämnas på svenska. Produktkataloger, tekniska beskrivningar, certifikat och intyg får bifogas på annat språk. Om Öresundskraft så begär, ska anbudsgivaren inom 10 arbetsdagar tillhandahålla och bekosta översättning av sådana bilagor till svenska. All framtida kommunikation mellan Öresundskraft och anbudsgivare under upphandlings- och avtalstid ska ske på svenska. Upphandlingsdokumentationen finns endast på svenska.
We have received similar questions from multiple parties and provide a consolidated response in this message:
1. The deadline for submitting tenders, as well as the deadline for submitting questions, will be extended.
- The new tender submission deadline is 29 October.
2. Tenders must be submitted in Swedish. Product catalogues, technical descriptions, certificates, and declarations may be attached in another language. Upon request by Öresundskraft, the tenderer must, within 10 working days, provide and bear the cost of a translation of such documents into Swedish. All future communication between Öresundskraft and the tenderer, both during the procurement and contract periods, shall be conducted in Swedish. Please note that the procurement documentation is available in Swedish only.
