Part 4 Draft agreement
4.4.2
Lead time is requested to be 12 weeks from order during the full agreement. No manufaturer can realistically make binding promises about the supply of components, or the demand from other customers over a period of several years. It is thereby not reasonable to demand a fixed lead time upon the risk of a 10% penalty. For an order of an unknown number of systems, placed at an unknown time during the next 2 - 4 years.
Suggest modifying lead time requirment to be indicative only for all deliveries after 2025.

Svar 2025-04-25

Date of delivery of ROV:s shall be 12 weeks from order unless otherwise agreed between the parties at the time of order. The delivery time should therefor be seen as indicative. The delivery date stated in the agreed quote or order shall be considered as the applicable date. This can be clarified in the agreement before signing if requested.
