Question

Kan Domstolsverket förtydliga syfte och innebörd av ska-krav 3.5. Som kravet är formulerat nu ska Leverantören acceptera framtida, okända, ändringar av villkor i ”bilagor”. Detta skulle då innebära att Leverantören ska acceptera framtida, okända, ensidiga ändringar i bl.a. avtalshandlingarna, vilket inte är acceptabelt.

Det som avses med ska-krav 3.5 är att underlaget kommer att anpassas utifrån vardera anbudsinbjudan. Det underlag som ligger till grund för ansökningsinbjudan är endast ofullständiga mallar som kommer att justeras utifrån vardera anbudsinbjudan.
