Reasons that underlie this request is to collectively gather more information regarding below issues and questions from your knowledge, expertise and experience in the industry in preparation for future procurement. Contingent procurement and pre-qualification will happen upon finalization of technical requirements and RFP (Request For Proposal).
Purpose of RFI is to create a basis to establish the markets capacity to delivery wanted solutions and products for Ellevio. This shall also be seen as an opportunity for the market to lift questions and concerns that might be of value for Ellevio going into an agreement with a successful outcome. An RFI is not an RFP and does not oblige the supplier to be a part of upcoming procurement, but merely a way to gather information regarding potential solutions and upcoming possibilities. All RFI are voluntary and to answer this RFI is not a requirement for the suppliers’ possibility to be a part of upcoming procurements. No compensation will be given for participation in this RFI.

The time plan is preliminary, but Ellevio would appreciate if vendor meetings are held during week 36, invitation and contact is expected to occur during week 35. Please include proposal for meeting time (2-3 h) during week 36, or optional time, in the response.
