Should we be successful, we will need to share some of SwAF’s information with potential subcontracted carriers (e.g., dates, routes, passengers, etc) in order to procure the flights on SwAF’s behalf. Can SwAF confirm if we are able to disclose information to carriers without their prior written consent? Requiring prior approval will potentially cause delays.

Required information to obtain a quote (date & time, route, number of pax or plane capacity required) can be shared with potential airlines without prior approval of SwAF.
