Kontaktuppgifter till ansvarig upphandlare i ESPD:n har uppdaterats. Inga andra ändringar är gjorda. Leverantörer som redan är kvalificerade ( godkända) i DIS:en behöver inte skicka in någonting nytt i DIS:en. De leverantörerna finns fortfarande kvar som kvalificerade och kommer att få anbudsinbjudan vid nya dynamiska inköp.
