Could you please confirm whether it is acceptable to submit the requested documents in English? Additionally, for the next steps, we would like to understand whether the communication and documentation can continue in English, or if Swedish will be required as the project language going forward.

We will not automatically disqualify a bid submitted in English. However, we reserve the right to request a Swedish translation of the bid, or specific parts thereof, from the bidder. To ensure equal treatment to all bidders, the responsibility and risk associated with the translation rest solely with the bidder. If you choose to submit a bid in English, you must be prepared to provide a translation promptly upon request to ensure the evaluation process can proceed on an equal basis.
The language of the procurement will be Swedish throughout the entire process.
